What are people looking for? Every situation is different, but --

Last time I was looking for a BIGGER house - bigger everything! Bigger garage, bigger kitchen, bigger master bedroom & bathroom. After treking from one side to the other in a 4,300 square foot house for three years - I'm looking for smaller! But, of course, with similar amenities to my current home.
