What is it that's new and you want "it" in your next home?

Okay - I admit it - I love to design and build new houses. I don't really like to move all that much, but if it gets us the new innovations and creates a more "livable" house - We'll keep doing it.

We have learned many things in each house we have bought, built or lived in - some good & some bad. We keep building on these to get to the "next", better house.

Here is a list of the things that I want to incorporate into the home we are designing. Many of these are innovations that just became available in the last several years (since I built my last house), or have become much more reasonable in price or availability:

Recirculating Water Pump

Outdoor Kitchen
